The Basic School Day is as follows

Drop off and Collection Arrangements

Morning drop off between 8:40am and 8:50am

External site entrances from First Lane and Hull Road are open
The staff car park is available for drop off at The Hive until 8am
All children should enter the school building between 8:40am and 8:50am
All doors are shut and gates are locked at 8:50am and late arrivals should go to the main entrance to be signed in.
Parents should not enter the building except through the main entrance
To help keep our site safe parents should drop their children off and leave the site

Afternoon Collection at 3:20pm or 3:25pm

External site entrances from First Lane and Hull Road are open
The staff car park is closed
Please do not stand too close to the classroom doors to allow children to see who is collecting them easily
Children in EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2 must be picked up by an adult as designated on our collection lists or alternative arrangements must be made with the office
Children in Years 3,4, 5 and 6 are not visually handed over. They are dismissed from the school. Children should stay by the door until they are sure somebody has come to collect them. If nobody collects, they should come back to the classroom doors and wait with a member of staff who will then take them to the main office.

Collection from after school clubs

Only the pedestrian entrance from First Lane is open
The staff car park is available after 4:30pm
Parents should collect their children from the main office
Club managers are responsible for visually handing over children at the end of the club
For collection from The Hive the pedestrian entrance from First Lane is open and children should be collected from the canteen door
